I worked at the melting pots in the crossgates mall in albany and at the on in the poughkeepsie galleria.Albany one is run exceptionally well, management is is professional and understanding, looks after the place as if it were his own kin. The manager I worked for was childish and inept pothead, it was incredibly slow and that of course affected tips. The people i worked with were very fun, kind, joked around, and treated me with respect, The managers were very nice, and understanding. The atmosphere of working at The Melting Pot was very nice and i enjoyed my time working there.in Pittsburgh for our next Pittsburgh Lock and Key Event.
The hardest part of the job is finding things to do when its slow, so i walk around and fill glasses or help out with the dishes.
The most enjoyable part of the job is half off everything, that was the best.
At work my main focus is flipping the tables cleaning as fast and efficiently as i can so more customers can sit.

the biggest factors to consider here are 1) do I live in a middle to high-income area 2) does my local melting pot do a lot of business?
