When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say, ‘I used everything you gave me’.
A woman has got to love a bad man once or twice in her life, to be thankful for a good one. The difference in how easy it seems will amaze you.
We can do no great things, only small things with great love.
You DON’T need to email me if you want to 1) feature this poem on your blog/website (please credit completely as below AND include a link to this post) or 2) use it for your daughter’s graduation yearbook page, (just credit as below at the end of the poem), thanks: There was a time I wasn’t. A very confident and happy child turned into a rebellious, angry teenager who couldn’t see how amazing and wonderful she was and would never have believed it even if you told her. It took years of being a grown up to get that confidence and self worth back but there are still days that I get caught up in challenging situations and forget.
